What was the scary show with the maggot and white worm in a diner telling scary stories?

I used to watch all those scary kid shows like, Are You Afraid of the Dark and Tales From The Crypt and such when I was a kid, but there was one that I can't remember the name of. It started with these bugs in a diner at night, one was a maggot I think, and the other one was a white worm thingy. They always talked to each other for a couple minutes and then told a story starting with "I heard it from a friend of a friend of mine." And then there would be an animated story. The story I remember most vividly was about a couple who moved into an ocean house that used to be owned by a sea captain and his wife, and then the captain died at sea and eventually his widow died of old age. The couple finds barrels of wine in the basement, and they taste the first barrel and decide to only drink the wine on their anniversary because it's just that good. So for years and years this is what they do, until the wine barrel is empty and they have to move on to the next one. The next one doesn't taste good at all, and so they move onto the next and the next and eventually discover that they all taste terrible, so they decide to open up the first one, and within they find the body of the sea captain. It turns out his wife murdered him and spread the story of him being lost at sea. Kind of a dumb story, but it's the only one I remember. Does anyone know the show I am talking about? I would really love to find it again if I can.
