C4680 HP Printer is acting crazy!?

It prints by itself throwing blank pieces of printer paper all over the floor, scans by itself, and this black & white "tic-tac-toe" grid shows up on the window. It constantly prints blank stuff. Please help! It has all new updates and HP tool box says they find nothing wrong.
