This question about a Red Bump... :/?

i recently noticed a red bump "down there" near the top. It hurts to the touch, and it almost looks like a bug bite. It's like a mosquito bite. But, how could an insect get down there? There is one smaller one near it. The larger one is about the size of a small tic tac. Do you have any idea what this may be?
