My dog has been drooling alot and scratching and biting himself alot?

so i have a choclate lab hes just started drooling heavily it started right after i finished playing with him outside and has lasted for 3 hr i think now he has also been really itchy latley scrathing and biting himself he dosent have fleas though and his scrathcing started right after be got a giant tic removed from him do i need to take him to the vett im very worried i know im a worri wart but i cant help it
