CAN YOU HELP PLEASE..SERIOUS ANSWERS?

whats going on??? last thursday which was thanksgiving i was talking to my mom and aunt and i start feeling sick it was so bad i mad this wierd looking face....and my mom was like whats wrong y u makin that face i lied and said nothing..later that nite i had to pee went to the bathroom...had a red spot on the toliet paper after i wiped...but it wasnt my period..but earlier that weeek i had sum tiny slight cramps...now after thursday my nipples been very ichy and ists driving me NUTS..i cant touch them...srry for long paragraph...okay this week monday i had a white milky watery discharge when i went to the bathroom (srry for the info) im not irrated down there r nothing...i just want to know whats going on with me?? help me i need serious answers!!! OH AND IM 18 AND SEXUALLY ACTIVE
