Could i be in early labor?

last dr. appt i was 3cm dialated, 70% effaced, and stationed at -1. they put me on the monitors and i was having very few contractions. ive already lost my mucus plug. im feeling pain in my pelvis. when i roll over it hurts. and i keep having cramping. not really contractions. is this early labor? ists been like this for almost 15 hours.
