Showering at Boy Scount Camp Questions?

I am going to boy scout camp in 2 weeks. The camp we are going to has a weird shower area. There is four sides and shower heads on half the walls. There is about a foot on the bottom where you can look outside. Can I shower nude? The showers are communial. I want to keep by public area clean and free of tics. I heard ur area should get air during shower to stay healthy. We usally wear swim trunks. I perrsonally think since we are boys we should shower nude. I could just take my swim suit off for a minute to clean and check for ticks. I have never showered nude in a communial shower setting. Should I go to a pool locker room to make sure I'm fine doing it? I may be the leader of the troop called senior patrol leader. If I am could I request everyone shower nude for their health? Best answer will be given to the person who answers all questions and then random drawing from those people.
