Recover deleted truecrypt volume.?

I had a true crypt volume it was my external hard drive then entire drive was encrypted. I accidentally deleted it with partition wizard, I didn't format just deleted so that it's all allocated space. I've made sure not to save over it, is there anyway to recover the drive?
