What in the world is wrong with me?

all my friends laugh and just tell me its dirrarera of the mouth but i tend to say things out of context a lot. today for example at work i said o well ill just sleep with the technician to get our tv fixed. my boss just looked at me horrified cause i said it in front of customers. i dont hink before i say i just say ive tried to be normal but i cant help it. the most random things come out of my mouth and i cant think beofre i say i just say it. whats wrong with me/ and ive looked up turretes but i dont twitch or have a tic so i dont think its that. thanks guys
