Creation/ID/whatever-ists?
Imitation may well be the sincerest form of flattery (as you have written) but it is not, perhaps the noblest way of life. Those who create are not necessarily to be worshiped but to be studied and learned from. To have and to learn from a good teacher brings both honor to the teacher and to oneself. I was made in the image of both my father and mother and of their fathers and mothers and that being so I should I honor my ancestors. I am not a religious man, although I do try to cultivate my human nature through deeds, I am part of this life and it is part of me, I am part of nature and it is part of me, it is both yin and yang, it is not difficult to see, one just has to look. I lean toward an Eastern way of life, be it Tao or Zen. I do not study it in a classical sense for it is "to learn the way and forget the way and then find your own way" what has creationism or Christianity have to do with 'The Way' as it is for me more of an ongoing life experience than a set of scriptures and readings. I do not think arguing about creators or the lack of, is a very productive pastime. All one needs to do is 'don't forget to breathe'
