Christians, why in your documentary movies about people who travelled to hell ....in every movie?

there is a different story. In one movie guy who was dead for a while and then returned to life said that in hell people just being tortured by some invisible force and there is no fire....in another movie another guy said that there was certainly fire in hell.... the guy (Bill Wiese) from the movie (23 minutes in Hell - you may have heard about it) said that even some monstres torture people in crypts....why they are all different in describing their experiences?
