Can ADHDd pills cause tourettes?

ever since i was talking pills i started to make funny faces and shaking my head i don't know if this is tics but i also feel a weird sensation in my head!!! feels like a rollarcoster then my whole body feels exhausted and my head hurts what can it be? i also went to the doctor they said im normal and i had EGG MRI lots of blood work and other stuff!!! (it can be any pills) please answer thank you so much :)
