Anxiety. Help I can't take life?

I have have the turrets or tourettes I was diagnosed by the doctor I tend to swallow hard and twitch I never had a panic attack my parents use to abuse me they also don't understand that I can't control them and I have way to much pressure I hate and am scared when we have project partners I still do t know and I feel depressed all the time I get anxious easily and I have one breakdown before also how does tic or turrets affect my brain
